STILATO offers exclusively excellent products, carefully selected from the most prestigious Italian and international fashion houses, or from trusted partners.
Our service is dedicated only to the Final Consumer, to whom all available items are reserved.
By "Final Consumer" we mean a natural person who purchases for personal use, without entrepreneurial or professional purposes. STILATO reserves the right not to accept orders that do not comply with this definition or that do not comply with our conditions.
We remind our customers that some payments may require verification by the credit card issuer, causing a possible delay in shipping the first order.
The products sold on STILATO and the selected brands are chosen with extreme care to ensure the highest quality. However, we decline any responsibility for any discrepancies in the colors or characteristics of the products displayed on the site, which may arise from the configuration of the user's device or from temporary technical malfunctions.
To make a purchase on STILATO, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Have the legal requirements to enter into binding contracts;
- Have a valid email address.
The order sent by the Customer via our website constitutes a contractual proposal. Acceptance of this proposal occurs only with the sending of the shipping confirmation email by STILATO. If acceptance is not received within 15 working days, the proposal is to be considered rejected. With the confirmation of the contract, STILATO undertakes to supply the products ordered, except for the right to cancel orders from customers who do not present sufficient guarantees of solvency, who do not fall into the category of "Final Consumer" or in the event that the product is not available.
The Customer is aware that, due to the simultaneous access of multiple users to the site, the availability of the products may vary even during the day, and this could happen even after the order has been sent. In such cases, STILATO will promptly communicate to the Customer the unavailability of the product.
For anything not expressly provided for in these General Conditions of Sale, the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 and the regulations of the Civil Code apply.
By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these Conditions and undertakes to respect them in all relations with STILATO. Sending the order implies full understanding and acceptance of the Conditions and additional information present on the site and connected via links.
By purchasing on STILATO, the Customer's financial data (such as credit card number, expiration date and personal information) are transmitted directly to the banking institution responsible for the transaction (such as Stripe, PayPal, Klarna or other banking partners) through an encrypted protocol. STILATO will never have access to this information.
To make your purchases faster and safer, you can register one or more credit/debit cards. At checkout, you will simply select the desired card without having to re-enter the data each time.
When the Customer places an order, STILATO will request a pre-authorization from the credit card issuer used, for an amount equal to the order. This amount will remain blocked until the shipping confirmation email is sent. The actual charge on the Customer's credit card will only occur when the package is ready for shipping.
